Go to Reports in the sidebar

Find 'Monthly Financial Summary'
The first card in the reports list.

Tap 'Generate'
A modal opens.

Select the month and year
Dropdown for month (January–December) and year. You can generate reports for any past month.

Tap 'Generate report'
CiviQ starts building the PDF. Takes 5–10 seconds.

Tap 'Download PDF'
The report downloads. It includes income totals, expense breakdown by category, budget performance bars, top merchants, and an AI summary paragraph.
Example
The AI summary might say: 'June was your highest-saving month in 2026. Income was ₹1,16,819 and expenses were ₹42,350, resulting in a 64% savings rate — 13 percentage points higher than May. Your Food & dining spending dropped ₹2,400 due to cooking at home for 8 days. The only concern is Shopping, which hit 82% of your ₹5,000 budget with 10 days remaining.' That's specific. That's useful.
