What CiviQ stores
- Your name, email, and a hashed password (never the plaintext)
- Transactions you log — amounts, categories, dates, notes
- Account names and balances you enter
- Budget caps you set
- Goal names, targets, and progress
What CiviQ does NOT store
- Your banking credentials or OTPs
- Your PAN or Aadhaar
- Your bank statements
- Your SMS or notification content
Export your data
- 1Open Settings → Data
- 2Tap "Export CSV" or "Export JSON"The file downloads immediately.
Delete your account
- 1Open Settings → Data
- 2Tap "Delete my account"A confirmation dialog opens.
- 3ConfirmYour account and personal data are deleted. Financial records may be retained in anonymised form as required by Indian regulations.
Your DPDP rights
- Right to access — request a copy of all data CiviQ holds about you
- Right to correction — ask CiviQ to fix inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request complete deletion
- Right to grievance — contact CiviQ support for any concern
