Your CiviQ profile is yours. A photo, your city, your profession, and a bio. The AI uses your name to personalise insights. Your avatar appears throughout the app. Takes 3 minutes to set up properly.

Go to Profile
Click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar. Or go to the Profile page from the Account section.

Add a profile photo
Click the avatar circle or the pencil icon. Upload a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image under 5MB. Or skip the photo — CiviQ uses your initials on a colored background (which looks clean).

Pick your avatar color
If you're going initials-only, pick a background color from the 9 options. The color appears in your sidebar, notifications, and anywhere your avatar shows.

Fill in your details
Name (used everywhere), phone (optional), city (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai…), profession (Software Engineer, CA, Doctor…), and a short bio if you want.

Tap 'Save profile'
Changes save immediately. Your name in the sidebar updates, your avatar updates, everywhere.
💡 Your email cannot be changed from the profile page. Email us at support@civiq.in if you need to change your login email.
