Switch views

  • "List" — the default, grouped by frequency
  • "Calendar" — upcoming charges grouped by month

Mark paid

  • Card three-dot menu → "Mark paid — log & advance date"
  • Periodic subscriptions show "Mark paid {amount} — advance to next {frequency}"
  • Marking paid logs an expense against the chosen account and pushes the next billing date forward by one cycle

Right panel cards

  • "Monthly recurring" — total / month across monthly subscriptions
  • "Periodic lump sums" — total / year across non-monthly subscriptions
  • "True monthly average" — monthly total + annual ÷ 12 (reference only; not used in budget math)
  • "Due this month" — up to five subscriptions due in the current month

Remove a subscription

Card three-dot menu → "Remove". The dialog title is "Remove "{name}" from CiviQ?". This stops tracking in CiviQ only — cancel with the provider separately.
