   Go to /signup

   Open the CiviQ app and navigate to /signup.

   Fill in the form

   Enter First name, Last name, Username, Email, and Password.

   Meet the password rules

   The password must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. CiviQ shows a live checklist as you type.

   Accept the required consent

   Tick "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy". This is required under the DPDP Act. Marketing consent is a separate, optional tick.

   Tap "Create account"

   On success, CiviQ redirects you to /login with your email pre-filled. There is no email verification step.

   Log in

   Enter your password on /login and tap "Log in".

First-run onboarding

Your first login opens a full-screen onboarding wizard. See "The onboarding wizard" article for a walk-through of every screen.

If you have MFA enabled

After your password, CiviQ shows the MFA challenge screen. Enter your 6-digit TOTP code from your authenticator app, or paste a backup code. The screen shows a countdown timer for the code window.
