On your first login, CiviQ runs a 5-screen wizard to set up your accounts, income, budgets, and first expense. You can't skip it — every screen feeds the dashboard you see right after.
1. Welcome
- Enter your city — typing pulls Google Places suggestions
- Pick your income type: Salaried or Freelance / Business
- Tap Continue
2. Account
- Pick the account type: Bank, Wallet, or Cash
- Enter the account name
- Enter the opening balance
- Tap Continue
3. Income
- Enter the employer or client name
- Enter the typical amount
- Salaried only: pick the pay day
- Tap Continue
4. Budgets
CiviQ seeds four budget cards based on your city and income type. Adjust each card's monthly limit or leave the suggested numbers. Tap Continue.
5. First expense
Pick one quick-pick chip — Swiggy, Auto, DMart, Chai, Ola, or Zomato — or skip. Tap Finish to land on /finance.
